The best thing at the hotel was the entertainer called Marmaduke he is amazing, shame the other staff are not like him, maybe if Marmaduke became the hotel manager they would have a better understand of how to look after guests.
The break was only what we made of it and nothing to do with the 5 star resort that was promised by the hotel as they failed on every part.

Awful hotel, awful facilities and even worse food. Love holiday changed our hotel to this hotel 3 days before our holiday, we where not impressed.
I argued that we had booked a room for a family of 4 but was told that we booked a standard room unless we paid more. This was ridiculous as we booked a package holiday, a flight for 4 ppl and a room for 4.
After arguing for over an hour we got put in a larger room but still with 1 bed which we all slept in not very well. We contacted love holidays the next day and by the end of the day where moved to a room with a double a single and a cot.
There wasnt much entertainment either for the kids or adults, in fact in 2 weeks there was poor adult entertainment once and kids club a few times.
Even the slides where only operating about 1 hour per day. The food was awful and very repetitive.
In the end we decided to use the facilities at the next door Crown Palace hotel which was alot better. Do not book this hotel, also only had German customers no British.

The male receptionist who had very limited English informed us only one room was available. The other two rooms were available in a different hotel.
After much argument the manager on duty who reluctantly came to reception at our insistence agreed that we would all be able to move to the other hotel.
No explanation was given why the rooms we had booked and paid for were not available and the agreement took an hour to reach and resolved with very bad grace by the management.

Nice building,good location,enjoyable buffet but awful staff,service and hygiene not expected at a 5 star resort! At check in we were told they only have a 1 bedroom room and not the 2 bed we had paid for and we have no choice but to take it or be without a room , lady at reception is called Hilal did not care and should not be in customer services shd is so rude and her manager is the same.
Both should go on a customer servuce course. After a 2 hour protest and all sorts of threars they found our 2 bed room, funny that? All we were told in these 2 hours was to call the agents and they don't have the 2 bed room we paid for.
Just pushed to one side after a 6 hour flight. Went to our room finally and it was not cleaned to the standard you would expect in a 5 star resort but again no one cared or did anything despite us telling them 4 times that eve and this was the same most days so we gave up.
Location is good and buffet is nice. Hotel states wifi in rooms however it only works at reception so forget using your device at the pool and rooms, reception seemed like a large bedroom with people sitting using the Wifi given the issue and we were told this is normal.
